Steel round tubes – Welded structural tube black S235JRH (1.0039) according to EN 10219
These steel round tubes are welded structural hollow sections made of structural steel S235JRH (1.0039), manufactured in accordance with EN 10219 taking into account the requirements of EN 10025. The tubes are produced by forming and welding processes and feature a circular hollow cross-section with material-typical mechanical properties and uniform wall thickness distribution. Delivery condition is black (raw), corresponding to a hot-rolled surface finish.

Note: Due to the manufacturing process, the round tubes have a longitudinal weld seam, which is process-related and does not constitute a quality defect. Surface characteristics such as mill scale, minor scratches, discoloration or transport marks may occur. Saw-cut edges are unfinished and not deburred. These characteristics correspond to the standard delivery condition and do not constitute grounds for complaint within the applicable standards.

Dimensional, shape and weight tolerances comply with EN 10219-2. The black surface condition corresponds to the hot-rolled delivery state without additional corrosion protection. For applications requiring increased corrosion protection, subsequent surface treatment is necessary.
