Whether you need a practical rain gutter for your patio roof or a flower box with a trendy rust-look finish – it’s that simple:
Example 1: Rain Gutter with a U-Profile
Step 1: Product Selection
Are you looking for a weather-resistant addition to your patio cover? Our U-profile bending option is ideal as a rain gutter to guide water away efficiently. In our online shop, you’ll also find L-profiles and Z-profiles.
Step 2: Sheet Metal Configuration
Now you can customize the profile to fit your exact requirements. In addition to the material type, you can also define the thickness and length, as well as the number, angle, and dimensions of the bends according to your needs. For a durable, weather-resistant rain gutter, we recommend Corten steel with a thickness of 4 mm.
Step 3: Extras
If desired, you can choose from a wide range of powder coatings as the final step and visually match the rain gutter to your patio roof or create a completely new look. You can also deburr sharp edges and add drill holes based on your own sketches, ensuring the gutter can be mounted perfectly onto your patio structure.
Beispiel 2: Blumenkästen aus Aluminiumblech
Schritt 1: Produktauswahl
Blumenkästen sind nicht nur praktisch, sondern bieten auch als Begrenzung für Auffahrt oder Terrasse einen optischen Hingucker im Garten. Für euer Projekt stehen euch bei uns verschiedene Bleche zur Verfügung, von Aluminium über Lochbleche bis hin zu Polycarbonat Platten. Für stabile Blumenkästen empfehlen wir das Aluminiumblech.
Schritt 2: Auswahl der Produktmaße
Jetzt könnt ihr Stärke, Länge und Breite des Blechs individuell bestimmen oder aus einer Auswahl an Standardmaßen wählen. Tipp: Die Standardmaße sind oft günstiger als individuelle Zuschnitte.
Schritt 3: Extras
Auch bei den Blechen könnt ihr Pulverbeschichtung, Entgratung und Bohrungen hinzufügen und das Produkt noch mehr an eure Vorstellung anpassen. Um mit dem aktuell angesagten Rosteffekt einen rustikalen Look in euren Garten zu zaubern, schlagen wir die Pulverbeschichtung „Rosteffekt Metallic“ vor.
