Dimensions, designs and variants

The stainless steel square tubes are available in various dimensions - from 20 × 10 × 1.5 mm to 100 × 50 × 2.0 mm. Different widths, heights and wall thicknesses enable a customised selection for light to more stable constructions. All square tubes are made of V2A stainless steel (1.4301) with an unpolished or K240 polished surface and are welded in accordance with EN ISO 1127. They are manufactured with a tolerance of ±5 mm, ensuring reliable dimensional accuracy and flexibility in further processing. The stainless steel square tubes are available in variable lengths and can be cut to size as required to reduce material waste

Which stainless steel rectangular tube is suitable for outdoor use?

Stainless steel V2A (1.4301) is generally sufficient for outdoor use. V4A (e.g. 1.4571) is recommended for high chlorine or salt exposure.

What wall thickness makes sense for my project?


The appropriate wall thickness depends on the load. Thinner wall thicknesses are suitable for lightweight constructions, thicker wall thicknesses for load-bearing or heavy-duty applications.

What is the difference between V2A and V4A?

V2A is a corrosion-resistant material that can be used for a wide range of applications. V4A is a higher alloyed material and offers improved resistance to chlorides and aggressive environments thanks to the addition of molybdenum.
