U-profile made to measure

You configure your U-profile individually and we manufacture and deliver the component precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

U-profiles are used as an enclosing channel to hold, guide or neatly finish edges, panels or components. The U-shape distributes loads evenly along the edge and creates a straight, stable finish.

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Ordering notes

  • Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
  • The U-profile geometry is designed for uniform edge enclosure.
  • Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

U-profiles are used to enclose and stabilize panel edges, claddings or components. Typical applications include interior fit-out, furniture and shop fitting, technical covers or guiding elements.

Depending on material and surface, U-profiles are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Fixing depends on the project and may be done by push-fit installation, screws, rivets or suitable mounting adhesive.
