Powder coated aluminium round tubes 6 x 1 mm
Product information
The aluminium round tube made of EN AW-6060 (AlMgSi0,5) is supplied with a powder-coated surface.

Note: Round tubes are hung via the open ends using U-hooks. This creates small uncoated contact points at the tube ends. If required, these can be concealed with a touch-up paint pen (optionally available from us).
Longer and thin-walled parts may deform/bend due to their own weight and the effect of heat during the coating process. This is not bending in the sense of a structural impairment, but a deviation from straightness. The parts remain functional and can be used without restriction.
Powder coating is applied all around. This may cause all external dimensions to increase slightly. The coating thickness is approx. 0,06–0,08 mm per side. Since round tubes are coated all around on the outside, the outside diameter increases by a total of approx. 0,16 mm. If you additionally select the primer, the coating thickness is approx. 0,32 mm.
The saw-cut edges are not coated, unfinished and not deburred.
Differences in surface or colour appearance compared to the product images are possible due to batch variations and depending on monitor and graphics settings.
