Who can order in the shop?
METALXACT.com is aimed at private customers as well as medium-sized companies, craft businesses and educational institutions.
Do I need to register with METALXACT.com in advance?
No, you can order as a guest in our online shop. However, your data is still required so that we can process the order correctly. For regular orders, we recommend registering with us. This gives you an overview of all your orders. Registration is of course free of charge and without any further obligations.

How can I change my user data / delivery address?

Which products can I buy?

Is cutting to size possible?
You can enter the required length in the item selection in the “Enter dimension” field.
Are mitre cuts possible?
Yes, up to 45°! We require a drawing for this. Please request prices for mitre cuts in advance. Please note that this will also delay the delivery time.
What is the cutting and dimensional tolerance?
Our normal cutting tolerance is +/- 2 mm. The tightest possible length tolerance is +/- 1 mm; this may only be possible by prior arrangement. For the following cut lengths, we have a length tolerance of +/- 5 mm: 500 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm or 2000 mm. Dimensional tolerances, such as wall thickness, are based on the applicable European standards.
Can I telescope the tubes or slide them into each other?
Due to wall thickness tolerances, which can run both into the plus and minus range, we recommend allowing some clearance. A 30 x 2 mm round tube will not necessarily fit into a 40 x 5 mm round tube with a theoretical internal dimension of 30 mm.
Deburring of the products?
The cut edges are unfinished and are not deburred.
Do you also offer bending work?
Yes. You can use our sheet metal configurator for this and create your parts online live.
Do you also carry out installation work?
No. We will be happy to help you if you are looking for a specialist company to install your railing, etc. in the Münsterland region.
How do I know whether my order has been received?
After you have submitted your order, you will immediately receive an automated order confirmation by email to the email address you provided. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can also view the order status at any time in your customer account.
Is it possible to change the order?
Yes. Adjustments are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.
