Example 1: Side Table with Square Tube
Step 1: Product Selection
Does your old side table no longer match your new sofa? No problem – with our metal profiles, you can create a custom frame that slides perfectly over your sofa armrest, making it ideal for placing small everyday items. In our shop, you’ll find everything from round tubes to hexagonal bars. For a modern-looking side table, whether indoors or outdoors, we recommend stainless steel square tubing.
Step 2: Dimensions and Cutting
The tube can now be customized according to your desired dimensions and surface finish. For a smaller table, dimensions of 30 x 30 mm work particularly well, while a raw finish adds an urban industrial look. The length can either be selected from standard sizes or specified individually.
Step 3: Extras
Not only sheet metal can be powder coated: give the square tube an elegant appearance with the “Gold Effect Metallic” finish or get creative with our wide range of custom colors. In addition, metal profiles can also be deburred and fitted with individual drill holes. Important: For hollow profiles, through-holes count as two drill holes.
Example 2: Custom-Made Stainless Steel Grill

Grilling season is just around the corner, and you don’t want an off-the-shelf barbecue? At METALXACT, you can assemble your own custom grill from different products according to your preferences. Stainless steel sheet metal, square tubes as legs, and a grill grate made from solid round bars are perfect for this project.
Step 2: Dimensions and Cutting
Using dimensions and surface finishes, you can combine the individual parts into one complete grill. A raw surface finish creates a real eye-catcher, while custom dimensions ensure the grill fits perfectly on your terrace or balcony. Standard dimensions are also available as an option.
Step 3: Extras
Of course, the individual grill components can also be deburred and fitted with drill holes according to your sketches. For aluminum sheet metal and square tubing, you additionally have the option to add powder coating in your preferred color, turning your grill into an even more unique piece. Even without powder coating, stainless steel provides a trendy urban look.
