Box gutter made to measure

You configure your box gutter individually and we manufacture and deliver the component precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

Box gutters act as a rainwater collection element, gathering water from roof surfaces and directing it into downpipes or drainage systems. Their angular shape allows high capacity and a clean architectural appearance.

  • Leg length tolerance: +-0.3 mm
  • Length tolerance: +-3 mm

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Ordering notes

  • Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
  • The box gutter geometry is designed for high water capacity.
  • Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

Box gutters are used for roof drainage on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. They are particularly suitable for large roof areas and modern façades.

Depending on material and surface, box gutters are suitable for permanent outdoor use. Installation is carried out by hanging, screwing or integration into the drainage system.
