Corner guard / edge protector made to measure

You configure your corner guard / edge protector according to your requirements and we manufacture and deliver the finished product precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

Corner guards are designed for mechanical protection of external corners and are manufactured triple-bent. This geometry ensures stable positioning and a clean, uniform edge finish even under heavy use.

  • Angle tolerance: +-1°
  • Leg length tolerance: +-0.3 mm
  • Length tolerance: +-3 mm

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint. We always strive to deliver corner guards in the best possible quality.

Ordering notes

  • Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
  • The end sections are approximately 11–15 mm long and have an angle of around 10°.
  • Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

Corner guards are used to protect exposed edges from impact, abrasion and visible damage. Typical applications include wall corners, columns, passageways and claddings in areas with frequent contact. They help preserve surfaces and create a clearly defined edge.

Depending on material and surface, corner guards are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Fixing depends on the project and can be done by screwing, riveting or using suitable mounting adhesive.
