Product information
Stainless steel sheet V2A 1.4301 K240 ground/brushed 1 mm – protective film on one side, cut to size
The 1 mm V2A 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10) stainless steel sheet has a grain 240 ground/brushed visible surface on one side. It is particularly suitable for light visible, cladding and bent parts. The directional finish combines the corrosion resistance of the material with a high-quality technical and decorative stainless steel appearance.
At 1 mm thickness, this version combines low weight with good formability. It is particularly suitable for flat visible parts and cladding where high inherent rigidity is not required.

K240 finish and protective film information
The K240 ground visible side is protected with film. The film protects the ground surface during storage, transport and processing and reduces scratches and surface marks. The grinding direction should be considered, especially when several sheets are installed next to each other.
The reverse side is not filmed and is not finished as a decorative K240 visible surface. Production-, handling- or storage-related scratches, scuff marks or other surface marks may therefore be present on the reverse side.
The protective film is temporary and should be removed promptly after processing or installation. Grinding pattern, gloss and visual appearance may vary slightly between production batches.
Cutting and processing information
Sawn or cut-to-size edges are unfinished and not deburred. Cut edges may therefore be sharp and should be finished as required for the intended use.
Long and narrow cuts may show slight stresses, deformation or bowing depending on thickness, dimensions and aspect ratio. Product images are illustrative; grinding pattern and appearance may also differ due to screen display.
