Wall flashing made to measure

You configure your wall flashing individually and we manufacture and deliver the component precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

Wall flashings act as a sealing element between roof surfaces and vertical walls. They prevent rainwater from penetrating the junction and ensure a technically clean transition.

  • Angle tolerance: +-1°
  • Leg length tolerance: +-0.3 mm
  • Length tolerance: +-3 mm

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Ordering notes

  • Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
  • The wall flashing geometry is designed for reliable sealing of wall-to-roof junctions.
  • Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

Wall flashings are used where roof surfaces connect to walls, parapets or façades. They guide water away from the junction and protect critical connection points from moisture.

Depending on material and surface, wall flashings are suitable for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Installation is carried out by screwing or integration into the waterproofing system.
