Product information

The aluminum square bar is manufactured from EN AW-2007 (AlCuMgPb), depending on the version, and supplied in a raw / untreated condition.

Technical characteristics:

  • Alloy: AlCu4PbMgMn (AlCuMgPb), 3.1645
  • Material designation: EN AW-2007
  • Surface: raw / untreated
  • Manufacturing process: extruded
  • Standards: EN 573-3, EN 755-1 / -2 / -4
  • Delivery condition: T4 according to EN 515

Material properties:

  • very good machinability (e.g. turning, milling, drilling)
  • not suitable for welding
  • not suitable for anodizing
  • not suitable for powder coating

Note: The sawn edges are untreated and not deburred. Due to the raw/untreated surface, scratches or surface marks may occur. These are customary in trade and do not constitute a defect.
