Edge profile made to measure – individually configurable

You configure your edge profile exactly to your requirements and we manufacture and deliver the component precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

Edge profiles are used as a functional finishing and protection element for exposed edges on components, claddings or constructions. They enhance durability and create a clean, defined edge line.

Angle tolerance: +-1°
Leg length tolerance: +-0.3 mm
Length tolerance: +-3 mm

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Ordering notes

Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
The profile geometry is manufactured exactly according to the selected dimensions.
Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

Edge profiles are widely used to protect panel edges, finish claddings or separate adjoining components. They are suitable for indoor applications as well as for weather-exposed outdoor areas.

Depending on material and surface, edge profiles are used in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Fixing is carried out by screwing, riveting or using suitable mounting adhesive.
