The aluminium rectangular tube made of EN AW-6060 (AlMgSi0,5) is supplied with a powder-coated surface.

Note: Rectangular tubes are suspended via the open ends using U-hooks. This results in small uncoated contact points at the tube ends. If required, these can be concealed with a touch-up paint pen (optionally available from us). These contact points are process-related and do not constitute a defect.
Due to thermal stress during the coating process, deviations from ideal straightness may occur, particularly in longer or thin-walled rectangular tubes. The functional usability of the profile remains unaffected.
The powder coating is applied circumferentially to the outer surfaces. This slightly increases the external dimensions of the rectangular tube. The coating thickness is approximately 0.06–0.08 mm per side, increasing height and width accordingly. With additional primer, the total coating thickness may increase accordingly.
The sawn end faces are not coated, untreated and not deburred.
Variations in colour tone or surface appearance compared to the product images may occur due to batch differences and may vary depending on display settings.
