The aluminium solar profile made of EN AW-6060 (AlMgSi0,5) is supplied with a powder-coated surface.

Note: The solar profiles are suspended via the open ends using U-hooks. This results in small uncoated contact points at the profile ends. If required, these can be concealed with a touch-up paint pen (optionally available from us). These contact points are process-related and do not constitute a defect.
Thermal influence during the coating process may cause deviations from straightness. The usability of the profile remains unaffected.
The powder coating is applied circumferentially to the outer surfaces. This slightly increases the external dimensions of the square tube. The coating thickness is approximately 0.06–0.08 mm per side, increasing width and height accordingly. With additional primer, the total coating build-up may increase.
The sawn end faces are not coated, untreated and not deburred.
Variations in colour tone or surface appearance compared to the product images may occur due to batch differences and may vary depending on display settings.
