Note: Square tubes are suspended via the open ends using U-hooks. This results in small uncoated contact points at the tube ends. If required, these can be concealed with a touch-up paint pen (optionally available from us). These contact points are process-related and do not constitute a defect.
In the case of slender or large-format square tubes, slight deviations from straightness may occur due to thermal influence during coating. The usability of the profile remains unaffected.
The powder coating is applied circumferentially to the outer surfaces. This slightly increases the external dimensions of the square tube. The coating thickness is approximately 0.06–0.08 mm per side, increasing width and height accordingly. With additional primer, the total coating build-up may increase.
The sawn end faces are not coated, untreated and not deburred.
Slight differences in colour tone or surface appearance may occur due to batch variations and may visually differ depending on the display device.
