Welded black steel threaded pipe – EN 10255 Heavy
These steel threaded pipes are welded steel pipes in accordance with EN 10255, Heavy series. The pipes are manufactured from non-alloy steel and, due to their increased wall thickness, are suitable for threaded connections subject to higher loads. Production is carried out using a longitudinal welding process, resulting in a round pipe with uniform wall thickness distribution and mechanical properties compliant with the standard. Delivery condition is black (raw) without additional corrosion protection.

Note: Due to the manufacturing process, the pipes feature a longitudinal weld seam which is process-related and does not constitute a quality defect. Surface characteristics such as mill scale, minor scratches, discoloration or transport marks may occur. Sawed or cut pipe ends are unfinished and not deburred. Threads may be factory-applied depending on the version or intended for further on-site machining.

Solides Konstruktionsrohr nach Maß
Das Stahl Rundrohr bzw. Konstruktionsrohr wurde ordentlich zugeschnitten und kam gut geschützt an. Die Wandstärke und Verarbeitung wirken zuverlässig, das Rohr lässt sich gut für stabile Konstruktionen einsetzen. Besonders positiv war für mich, dass die Länge genau wie bestellt gepasst hat. Für Metallbau und Werkstattarbeiten eine gute Wahl.
