Z-profile made to measure

You configure your Z-profile individually and we manufacture and deliver the component precisely to size. In the configurator you select the material – aluminium, stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel, copper or brass – as well as the desired surface. In addition to smooth sheets, structured options such as checker plate, perforated sheet or teardrop plate are available.

Z-profiles are used to compensate height differences or to cover transitions between two levels in a clean and controlled way. The Z-shape allows defined overlap and creates a straight, stable connection.

  • Leg length tolerance: +-0.3 mm
  • Length tolerance: +-3 mm

The sawn edges are unfinished, sharp and not deburred.

The surface is protected on one side only by a protective film. On the unprotected side, scratches caused by transport or handling cannot be completely ruled out. This corresponds to standard commercial quality and does not constitute a reason for complaint.

Ordering notes

  • Bending creates material- and thickness-dependent radii on the inside and outside.
  • The Z-geometry is designed for defined overlap and clean visual alignment.
  • Minor tool marks may occur due to production.

Application & use

Z-profiles are used to cover joints, edges or offsets between components in a visually clean and functional manner. Typical applications include wall and façade claddings, interior fit-out solutions and technical transitions between different construction levels.

Depending on material and surface, Z-profiles are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Fixing depends on the project and may be carried out by screwing, riveting or using suitable mounting adhesive.
