Our galvanized HEB steel beams made of hot-rolled structural steel S235JR (1.0038) according to EN 10025-2 are characterized by their particularly massive design and high load reserves. Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing to DIN EN 1461, the steel beams receive permanent corrosion protection and are ideally suited for heavily loaded load-bearing structures for indoor and outdoor use.
Compared to lighter profile series, HEB beams have thicker webs and wider flanges, allowing high loads to be safely absorbed and reliably transferred. This makes them the preferred choice for load-bearing constructions with increased structural requirements.

Note: The cut ends of hot-dip galvanized steel beams are ungalvanized after cutting and must be protected against corrosion afterwards (e. g. with zinc spray or zinc paint). You can also purchase a suitable zinc spray for re-galvanizing directly from us: Zinc spray 400 ml – repair and corrosion protection spray. Due to production, one beam end may be partially galvanized. Galvanizing to DIN EN 1461 provides long-term protection against rust and is specially designed for outdoor use.
Cut edges: Ungalvanized ends should be re-galvanized after cutting (e. g. with zinc spray or zinc paint, e. g. Zinc spray 400 ml – repair and corrosion protection spray) – especially for outdoor applications or permanent weather exposure.
