Galvanized Steel Square Tubes – S235JRH (1.0039) according to EN 10219-1/2 / DIN EN 1461
These galvanized steel square tubes are welded hollow sections made of structural steel S235JRH (1.0039), manufactured according to EN 10219-1/2 in compliance with EN 10025 requirements. After production, the profiles are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with DIN EN 1461 with a metallic zinc coating. The galvanization provides long-term corrosion protection and may exhibit process-typical surface structures.

Note: Due to the manufacturing process, all square tubes have a visible longitudinal weld seam. The position of the weld seam may vary depending on the profile dimensions and does not constitute a quality defect. During hot-dip galvanizing, typical zinc characteristics such as runs, drips, ash residues or varying surface structures may occur. These are process-related and comply with DIN EN 1461 requirements. Saw-cut edges are unfinished and not deburred; cut surfaces may be uncoated after cutting and should be protected against corrosion if necessary. A suitable zinc spray for touch-up galvanizing is also available: Zinc spray 400 ml – Repair and corrosion protection spray.

The surface corresponds to the typical appearance of batch galvanizing and is not intended for decorative visible applications without further processing.
