Advantages of aluminium angles
- Corrosion resistance: As a material, aluminium forms a natural oxide layer that reliably protects the material from the weather and moisture. This makes aluminium brackets ideal for indoor and outdoor use - durable and low-maintenance.
- Lightweight: Compared to steel, aluminium is significantly lighter - while at the same time being highly stable. This not only makes transport and installation easier, but also reduces the load on frame constructions.
- Environmentally friendly: Aluminium is 100% recyclable without any loss of quality. This makes aluminium brackets a sustainable choice for environmentally conscious projects and resource-saving construction.
- Versatile machining: aluminium angles can be sawn, drilled, milled and even welded. This means they can be easily adapted to individual requirements and can be used flexibly in almost any application
Alloy for aluminium angles
- Very good formability - ideal for dimensionally accurate fabrications
- High corrosion resistance - also reliable outdoors
- Medium strength - ideal for a wide range of standard applications
- Good surface quality - ideal for decorative or refined applications
Surface treatment of aluminium angles
In addition to the pure function, the surface also plays a major role - both visually and technically. The following variants of aluminium angles are available:
- Press-finished/raw: The untreated variant shows the natural surface of the aluminium directly after the pressing process. Ideal for applications where the visual appearance plays a subordinate role or where further processing (e.g. painting or sanding) is planned.
- Silver anodised E6/EV1: An electrolytic surface finish that permanently protects the profile in a silver matt colour. Anodising not only improves resistance to corrosion, but also enhances the appearance of the aluminium angle. The high-quality, decorative appearance makes anodised angles the ideal choice for visible applications both indoors and outdoors.
- Powder coating: This variant offers individual colour selection from over 1500 RAL colours and at the same time additional protection against mechanical influences and weathering. Coated aluminium brackets are particularly suitable for visible components in architecture and design, where colour and function go hand in hand.

Possible applications: From furniture making to large-scale construction
- Furniture and interior design: In furniture and interior design, aluminium angles are often used as edge protection to protect corners and edges from damage. They are also used as decorative elements, for example in modern pieces of furniture in an industrial or loft style. Aluminium angles also provide additional stability and visual accents in the construction of shelves, cabinets or room dividers.
- Exhibition stand construction: In exhibition stand construction, aluminium angles are an integral part of the fast, stable and flexible construction of exhibition stands, presentation systems and exhibition spaces. Their easy handling and the possibility of customisation make them the ideal choice for temporary frame constructions that still have to meet the highest standards of stability and appearance.
- Mechanical and plant engineering: Aluminium brackets take on load-bearing tasks in mechanical and plant engineering: They are used for structural reinforcement to stabilise frames, housings or devices. Due to their resistance to corrosion, aluminium brackets are also ideal for use in sensitive production environments.
- Façade and window construction: Aluminium brackets are used here as edge protection, resilient connecting elements, guide rails or frame reinforcements. They contribute to the secure installation of façade elements, windows and doors and support a durable and low-maintenance construction method.
- DIY and home improvement projects: Aluminium brackets are also extremely popular in the private sector: they are easy to cut to size, drill, weld and install. Whether for shelving, framing, protective edges or creative building projects - aluminium angles offer maximum flexibility and numerous design options
